Extra-curricular opportunities abound at ECCS.  Through the years, we have been blessed by the talents and dedication of both parents and faculty members to bring to our students a variety of extra-curricular classes and clubs.  This year, we were able to offer more opportunities than ever, and more students than ever are participating in our extracurricular activities.  Extra-curricular offerings for the 2007-2008 school year included:
